Bright & Vibrant Chicken Salad Recipe

Try any flavour of Grabits Chicken on a Stick with an array of fresh, vibrant veg and a sprinkling of protein-packed nuts. Ideal for a healthy lunchbox meal for the kids!


Serves 1

Prep and cooking time: 15 mins

  • Grabits Original Chicken on a Stick
  • ½ pack microwave quinoa mix, cooked to the instructions on the bag
  • 100g baby corn
  • 100g mange tu
  • ½ carrot, peeled to make ribbons
  • Small handful of cashew nuts

Boil the mange tu and corn in a pan for 2-3 minutes until al dente, then drain and add to the cooked quinoa. Place the carrot ribbons on top, remove the Grabits Original chicken from the stick and add to the other ingredients. Finally, sprinkle on the cashew nuts and serve. So simple, yet so tasty!
